Can I have coffee/tea in phase one?
Ideally not. If you’re struggling with a caffeine withdrawal headache than have 1/2 a cup black..
Can I have coffee/tea in phase 2?
Yes. Within your 60-min meal window.
Can I drink soda water?
Yes! You can drink plain soda water any time and it’ll count towards your water intake.
Am I allowed lemon or lime in my water?
Not unless it’s in your fruit list of your meal plan. Once you use it, it counts as the fruit portion of that meal.
Can I have protein powder?
No. Not in Phase 1 & 2 but we can introduce it in Phase 3 or 4.
Can I have the same foods every day?
Yes, but the wider variety of foods you consume on your list the better so alternating is encouraged. They are all there for a reason.
Do I have to eat all of my food?
Bread & Fruit are optional except for your daily apple. You must eat your full protein and veg amount.
What if I am starving between meals?
The meals are designed to keep you full in between. Do your best to always stick to 3 meals a day. Drinking more water helps.
When can I exercise?
Other thank light walks and stretching please refrain from vigorous exercise until after your 16-day reset period. We are balancing your hormones and drawing toxicity out. Allow your body the time it needs to release and balance
What’s the schedule for our meetings?
Initial consultation: this will be a free 20 min consultation done through Practice Better scheduling app.
Review plan meeting: Once you have completed the “personal profile”, “consent form” and “Blood work” I will send in your blood work results and wait for your meal plan. Once back we will review the first 2 phases of the plan in great detail. I will answer any questions you have. With the scale I sent you, you will send me screen shots of day 1, day 7 and day 14 then after you will send me weekly check ins.
Phase 3 meeting: Once into phase 2 for 1.5 weeks we will meet and go over phase 3 so you know what to expect come day 16 of the program.
Phase 4 meeting: This one will depend where you are in your progress some may have this meeting earlier on in the program and some closer to the end of the 6 months. I will go over question you have and explain how to stay on track when you feel like your falling off course.
